THE SEAM
Stretched out alongside the border fence of District Twelve, the Seam is the most poverty-ridden area in the District. Most of the citizens are mine workers or relatives of mine workers, and everything is covered in a perpetual layer of soot or ash.

THE HOB
The Black Market of District Twelve, home of pickpockets and goods smuggled from the Capitol and other Districts. However, considering the wage of most citizens here, the Hob tends to have more trading going on than the District's merchants.

MERCHANT SQUARE
The somewhat "better" part of District Twelve, this section is home to all of the stores and trade centers. The owners tend to live right above their businesses.

THE JUSTICE BUILDING
The general administrative building in District Twelve, used for any "official" business that may come about as well as for ceremonies such as the Reaping.

THE MINES
Wide-spread and carefully mapped out, the mines are quite the dangerous place. And yet, most of the citizens find themselves working out here for most of their lives.

VICTORS' VILLAGE
Recently built by order of the Capitol, Victors' Village stands in stark contrast to the rest of the District with its large and luxurious - and empty - homes. Peacekeepers guard the premises for now to run off squatters. Perhaps the first victor of the Games will soon own one of these homes.
