The Games are a festive event for all of Panem! As such, this board includes all party/celebration-related threads surrounding the Games, as well as the interviews and training for all tributes in the week before the Games.

Easily one of the wealthiest districts in Panem, District One specializes in making luxury items for the Capitol. It's also one of the few who didn't participate in the uprising as so are still on somewhat favorable grounds with those in power.

District Nine specializes in both growing grain and processing it, breaking up the landscape with a mixture of fields and factories. This District is mainly urban, but has group transportation out into the working fields.

Sub-boards: THE TENEMENTS, MAIN STREET, THE FACTORIES, THE GRAIN FIELDS, VICTORS' VILLAGE

One of the largest Districts in Panem, District Ten specializes in livestock of varying kinds: cattle is the most prominent, but pigs, fowl, and other "farm" animals are raised out here as well.

Sub-boards: THE MEAT MARKET, THE BARNS AND CORRALS, THE RANCHES, VICTORS' VILLAGE

One of the poorest and strictest-ruled Districts in Panem, District Eleven specializes in agriculture. It is also one of the largest of the Districts, with orchards and fields spread wide across the land.

Sub-boards: THE FIELDS, THE ORCHARDS, RAILSIDE TRADING STATION, THE SHACKS, VICTORS' VILLAGE

District Twelve specializes in coal mining, and is known as the poorest District in Panem. However, its distance from the Capitol lends its citizens a little leeway compared to stricter Districts.

Sub-boards: THE SEAM, THE HOB, MERCHANT SQUARE, THE JUSTICE BUILDING, THE MINES, VICTORS' VILLAGE

Bombed almost completely out of existence, the territory that used to house the residents of District Thirteen is little more than rubble and destruction now. Currently the area is being left untouched, due to possible instability of the group and structures, but it is kept as a blunt reminder of the Capitol's power over the Districts.

As trains and hovercrafts are the main forms of transportation across Panem, the railway system spans over much of the land, at least going through every major city in a District. Many stretches of the railway were destroyed in the rebellion, but the Capitol has placed extra importance on rebuilding them (at least all routes that connect to the Capitol). Only Capitol-approved workers and travelers are accepted on the train cars, but there's always room for stowaways, or people using the railways as guides as they trek across Panem.
